How it works

||Sponsors pledge their support.|
||All you need to do is climb 5000vm over three consecutive days between 19-27 June 2021.*|
||We reach our goal of raising $8,000 which will allow us to gift bikes and helmets to Glenbrae School in Glen Innes.|
* You can use either a hill or a smart trainer. Can be split into multiple rides. You will need to be a strava member.
Sponsors, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay your sponsored amount. You can choose to pay before or after the TCG cyclist has achieved their goal.
Payment will be made be via our Charity's Givealittle page. Donations over $5 are eligible for a NZ charitable giving tax receipt. Taka Trust is a registered charity number CC52630. Any questions, please contact us.
The goal is to raise enough money to fit out Glenbrae School with brand new bikes. To do this we need to raise $8,000. If we raise more then we'll simply buy more bikes & helmets.
About Ride Holidays & TCG
Ride Holidays and TCG have formed a close relationship both on the bike and off. TCG (Takapuna Cycling Group) represent everything good that cycling offers - great chat, coffee, keeping fit and meeting new people. Most importantly - TCG are the backbone behind Takapuna Grammar School's cycling program and have encouraged many a young cyclist to take up our sport. In June we will be joining forces to provide bikes to Glenbrae School in Glen Innes. We would love it if you could pledge your support.
Karl Woolcott, Dean Mills and Chris Wood have been successfully organising cycling holidays since 2005 and have helped thousands of lycra-clad Kiwis and Australians cycle all around the world. Ride Holidays' tours are designed with the perfect mix of cycling, eating at fantastic restaurants and cafes as well as exploring the very best of what the location has to offer.
